Prefer to hire a Christmas tree and have it collected at the end of the season? Our rental Norway Spruce Christmas trees offer the perfect way to enjoy a more sustainable Christmas. These trees are grown and delivered to you in a pot so they can continue to grow as a living tree to be enjoyed year on year. Our trees are approximately 5-6ft, measured from the bottom of the pot to the top of the tree. The pot is around 35cm wide and the whole tree weighs around 20kgs.

As these trees are living and grown free to take any form they please, do expect that they come in a variety of shapes. As we deliver many tress in a short space of time we cannot offer a selection service. When you receive your rental Christmas tree we cannot accept returns based on the look or shape of the tree. Rental tree hire includes delivery and collection and requires an additional refundable £15 deposit charged at the checkout.

The process for rental is simple,

1. Order a living Christmas tree in a large pot. Payment includes a refundable deposit.

2. Choose a December delivery date from our selection.

3. Enjoy Christmas with your tree and follow our care guidelines to keep it alive.

4. We collect your tree in January. Once the tree has been health inspected and approved we refund your deposit.

The rental tree service is currently running in Bristol only.

Delivery

If you are not at home at the time of delivery please tell us if you are happy to leave your tree with a neighbour or to leave it somewhere at your home. We cannot be responsible for trees left unattended and additional fees may apply if we have to return to your property to re-deliver.

Refundable £15 Deposit Terms and Conditions:

You agree to return the tree healthy and living in the same state as when delivered. The trees will be inspected after returning to us and you may lose your deposit if the the tree is deemed to be damaged through lack of care. The following terms must be adhered to.

• Keep the tree away at least 2 metres away from heat sources
• Give the tree 0.5 litres of water daily or if the soil in the pot feels dry
• Do not remove, trim, cut branches
• Place the tree on a water-resistant surface such as our plant pot base to capture drained water. We are not responsible for damage caused by water draining from the pot.
• Remove decorations before collection
• Make the tree available for collection on the specified date

The rental period begins on the lessors selected delivery date and ends on the selected collection date. Your payment is your acceptance of the terms and conditions above. Further terms are displayed on here Conditions
